Thank you for shopping at Nestdrop! We are dedicated to delivering your kitchen gadgets and products in the most efficient way possible.

Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to:

  • United States

  • Canada

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Because we work directly with overseas fulfillment centers to offer you the best competitive prices, our shipping process is divided into two parts:

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are verified, tailored, quality-checked, and packaged within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once the package leaves our fulfillment center, the estimated delivery windows are:

    • United States: 7 to 15 business days.

    • Canada: 10 to 18 business days.

Note: Shipping times may vary slightly due to seasonal high volumes, customs checks, or postal delays beyond our control.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.

  • You will be able to track your package directly through our website or via international courier tracking portals (such as USPS or Canada Post once the package enters your country).

  • Please allow 2 to 5 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Nestdrop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, due to the nature of our lightweight products, the vast majority of our orders pass through customs without any additional charges.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or if you have any concerns regarding its status, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team at holanestdrop.shop@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate immediately and ensure your order reaches your doorstep.
